I had my 6 month follow up Doppler done back in December and everything is still good:)

My winter is very easy with my warm feet:) My balance still improve, now I walk just with one cane all day!!

My energy level is still high and still no brain fog...

I am sooo happy...

September 6, 2010 and I feel great!!

It's been 2 months since I had my angio!! My summer was just so great, I swim every day and sometimes twice a day! I have so much energy...

My balance is really improving, my vision is very good and my curly toes on my left feet is uncurl now for a long period during the day...No more drop foot:) I walk with one canne in the morning in my home. It is getting easier as time pass by:)

I had my follow up test done and everything is fine, my blood is flowing without any problem :)

I spend the weekend at the cottage so that was a good time to notice my improvments!!
First of all I used my 2 canes now instead of my walker!! I am walking a bit better everyday!!
At the cottage yesterday morning me and my love went kayaking!! Before my angio, I will be kayaking for half and hour and then I needed to rest... But yesterday, I kayak for 1 hour and half and after I said to my love lets go swimming!! I am so full of life and energy:) What a gift!!!

I am feeling full of energy!! Wow! What a gift!!!
It is been 5 days since I had my angio!! Now I noticed that I type faster and I do not have any brainfog!! My legs are more souple, start to walk with my 2 canes more often instead of my walker!!
I swallow freely, no fear of chocking!!!
The numbness in my legs, arms and hands is fading away slowly but surely:)
I am soooo happy:)

I need to rest and enjoy the recovery, the little daily surprise... 32 years of this nonsense, time to turn the page:)

My Jugular veins are liberated by Angio since July 2, 2010!!!! I am soo alive!!!!!

I had my two Jugulars blocked!! Balloon suffice to open my veins:DMy vision got better instantly...My legs after 4 days bend better!! Hey I got that horrible vascular disease since 32 years!! I feel my body change slowly every day!!What a feeling!!
This morning I did the grocery without a list! No brainfog!!!
I cooked a favorite dinner for my daughter!! and myt love of course!!
I did not know but now I type much faster!! What a bonus...

I will rest and help my body healing:) I love it...I am very careful with my diet...That help I guess!!!

July 2, 2010 je serai enfin libérée!!

I have MS for 32 years now. I use to have PPMS but now I have SPMS. It took 6 years before I had a diagnostic... After my diagnostic in 1982, I went to Switzerland to meet with Dr Cousmine. She was a family doctor but for 40 years she did research on incurable disease such as cancer, ms etc...She develop a plan with good eating habit. So for 32 years I never took any medication and I have been coping with msaccording to my eating discipline!! NO SUGAR!!! So it mean no junk, no white flour etc... Tons of green...

My symptoms:

1. Blurry vision like Monet, I cannot drive cause of my poor vision
2. No balance
3. I cannot walk more than 15 feet with a walker
4. My left foot is blue
5. Bladder problem
6. Brain fog
7. Extreme fatigue all day long
8. Numbness in my hands and legs and feet
9. Culy toes on my left foot:(
10. Heat intolerance
11. Drop left foot

I had a Doppler test done in Barrie, Ontario on March 1 2010. I have CCSVI:)

3 days to go before my Liberation:oD

I know for sure getting out of jail after 32 years LOL will be a brise!!!!! I cannot wait not feeling soooo tired anymore!!

I do have expectation, I will be lying if I said I do not. I will go with the FLOW!!!:)
